me and my brother jump into a pile of leaves,At first it was fun but then we resized we were stuck,we were suffocating under the thick pile of leaves,my brother was dead,it was just me laying there,our parents watched as we died with massive grins on their faces,when i saw them smile i new it was over for me

Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients:

70g Chicken (1breast)

1 carrot

1 onion

3-4 pieces of broccoli

1 zucchini  

2T sesame oil

1 pkt 2min noodles

Method:

1. Chop up chicken into strips
2. Place in glass bowl with sesame oil
3. Chop up vegetables in julienne strips
4. Sauté chicken and onions together. Sauté means to brown.
5. Add broccoli and carrots and cook for five minutes.
6. Add remaining vegetables of your choice and cook for a further 5 min
7. Boil a pot of water
8. Place the broken noodles into the boiling water and cook for 2 minutes
9. Drain noodles in a colander and add to the vegetable and chicken mixture
10. Serve

Food-Pizza Swirls

Pizza Swirls

Ingredients

50g butter

2 cups flour

1Tbl baking powder

½ tsp salt

¾ -1 cup milk

1 cup grated cheese

½ onion

2 rashers bacon or ham slices

1 tsp oil

½ cup tomato puree or pasta sauce

1tsp mixed herbs or chopped parsley

Method

1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees° bake or 200 degrees fan bake.
2. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a medium sized bowl.
3. Cut butter into small pieces (grated if cold) and rub with your fingertips into the flour mixture until the mixture looks like large breadcrumbs.
4. Make a well in the middle of flour mixture and pour in most of the milk.
5. Mix with a bread knife until the mixture binds together.
6. Add more milk if necessary and use your hands at the end to help combine the dough into ball shape.
7. Place dough onto a lightly floured board and roll into a rectangle type shape (35cmx22cm)
8. Chop the onion and bacon or ham into small pieces and sauté in a small fry pan or saucepan with a t of oil.
9. Spread the tomato puree or sauce over the rolled out dough and arrange the onion and bacon on top.
10. Sprinkle grated cheese and mixed herbs.
11. Roll up the rectangle dough with the filling inside.
12. Cut it into even sized circles about 3cm in width and place face down on a greased oven tray.
13. Bake for 12-15min until they are golden and smell cooked.
14. Remove from oven and let cool for 5min

Recount Practice Year 9

My holidays were Marvellous. me and my brothers came, we were on our way to my grandma’s house,That's when we found it,A dead cat on the road,When i saw that i couldn't forget it, Grandma has seven cats. That's why i couldn't forget that dead cat. We had to feed them every day. it was absolutely dreadful. One of them got lost. We never found him,We were hoping that grandmas cat wasn't the one on the road .we were looking after grandmas cats until grandma stopped moving and talking we were really worried we went to find help,but when we got back grandma was still dead on her couch and all seven cats were eating away on her flesh, i had a massive grin on my face, Going to Grandma’s was my favourite part of the holidays.

To get the water as clear as possible by poring it into 5 other test tubes

Methods

1.Get equipment needed for experiment

2.fill all the test tubes up to about halfway,then put all six test tubes on the rack

3.using the spatula tip some potassium termagant into the 1st test tube

4.using the test tube with the the potassium permanganate in it poor it in each test tube one by one

5.Calculate how much the colour has faded from each test

Results

the last two test tubes lost alot of colours,the colours faded on the last two lot more then the other ones.
